The new environmental restrictions are intended to reduce the sulphur content in marine fuel oils.
From 1 January 2020, the limit for sulphur in fuel oil used on board ships operating outside designated emission control areas is reduced to 0.50% m/m (mass by mass).
However, these changes may cause the pumps to operate beyond their limits, thereby reducing reliability.
Provide us information about your application and we can check your fuel-oil pumps for their ability to handle new operating conditions resulting from this directive.
We have the solution you need. We will be happy to make you an attractive offer for pumps or individual components that will increase the operational reliability and availability of your system.
